Marina Tovar is a Geopolitical Analyst at R&R and is a Research Director of the Intelligence Department at London Politica, producting intelligence reports and situational assessments and also co-leads the “Wagner Operations Watch”, focusing on Wagner’s operations and current developments. Marina has over two years of professional experience in counterterrorism and intelligence analysis. She has published multiple papers on radicalization, sexual violence, and security-related topics in peer-reviewed journals.
Marina is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Security, Intelligence, and Strategic Studies at the University of Glasgow, with a specialization in intelligence, terrorism, and peace-building. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, graduating with Summa Cum Laude.
