1. China’s investment in the Digital Silk Roads (DSR) in the Indo-Pacific;
2. The DSR as the tech arm of the BRI project;
3. How the Maldives and the Solomon Islands have recently approached China;
4. The US response to China’s DSR, called US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), and its projects; and
5. The hybrid warfare China conducts in the region, with both physical (navy) and cyber presence.
